    • Test drove and did confirm the noise has gotten louder that before. Put truck on rack and ran it up to 40mph to pin point drive train noise. Upon inspection while running the vehicle in the air, tech found that the noise is transfer up and down the drive line. Noise is either coming from the rear differential, or the transfer case output shaft bearing. Recommend taking vehicle to the drive line shop for further inspection to confirm what we suspect the issues is.

    • Customer alignment specs (Caster 3.8 and 4.5 positive) Toe set 0 to 1/16 toe in. Upon setting alignment, tech found that the drivers side lower control caster adjustment bolt is frozen in place. Inner caster waster just spins on the bolt. Needs new caster pinion bolt and washer.

    • #1 Combination SHOCK & SPRING – Remove & Replace – 4WD,Diesel Both Sides
    • Remove and replaced the upper and lower ball joints and reassembled. NOTE: There is a chance that the axle seals can leak after replacing the ball joints. When pulling the axles out to replaced the ball joints, there is a chance that dirt and grime can get on the seal and cause the seal to fail. Recommend replacing the axle seals while replacing the ball joints. Talked to customer and he or she has (ok'd) or (declined) axle seal repairs. Dynamic Diesel is not responsible for leaking axle seals if seal replacement is declined.
